Sešitovky Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 1, 2026

This policy explains how the Android game Sešitovky (com.patrik.sesitovky) handles information.

Summary

Data stored locally

The app stores game and replay history, board position, settings, language and accessibility choices, statistics, achievements, ranked and match history, puzzle and daily challenge progress, and advertising pacing counters. This information normally stays on your device. Android backup or device-transfer features may copy it if enabled. Clear app storage or uninstall the app to remove local data.

Online multiplayer and Firebase

When you use online multiplayer, Firebase assigns a random anonymous identifier. Sešitovky does not ask Firebase for your name or email address.

Firebase Realtime Database processes anonymous host and guest identifiers, a six-character room code, an alias derived from the anonymous identifier, match settings and local ranked rating, moves and occupied coordinates, turn and match state, rematch or forfeit state, connection presence, and timestamps.

Waiting quick-match entries become logically expired after about two minutes. Online rooms become logically expired and unusable after about 24 hours. The app may later remove expired records on a best-effort basis, but physical database records can remain longer until a later cleanup or administrative deletion.

Firebase App Check with Play Integrity helps verify requests from the genuine app. Google may process app, device, network, and integrity signals for authentication, hosting, abuse prevention, security, and reliability.

Google Play Games

If you sign in, Google processes your Play Games identity under your Google account. The app reads your display name and may submit unlocked achievements, ranked rating, daily challenge streak, and puzzle stars. Offline play does not require Play Games.

Advertising and privacy choices

Configured release builds use Google AdMob for paced interstitial ads after completed games and an optional rewarded ad when you request a second chance after losing to AI.

Google Mobile Ads SDK may process IP address-derived approximate location, device or advertising identifiers, app interactions and ad views, diagnostics, fraud-prevention signals, and consent status to provide, measure, secure, and comply with advertising services.

The app tags ad requests for child-directed treatment, limits content to rating G, and disables publisher ad personalization. UMP checks applicable privacy-message requirements at every launch. The app does not initialize or request ads until UMP reports that ads may be requested. When an ongoing privacy entry point is required, it appears in Settings → Privacy.

Optional diagnostics

Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics collection are disabled by default. If you enable Anonymous diagnostics, the app may send screen identifiers, limited feature-interaction events, app version, device and operating-system information, crash reports, stack traces, diagnostic logs, and technical identifiers. The app does not intentionally put board contents, room codes, email addresses, or chat messages in diagnostic events. Turning the setting off stops future collection by the app.

Why the data is used

Information is used to provide requested game features, synchronize online matches, provide optional Play Games features, display and secure family-appropriate advertising, remember privacy choices, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and improve reliability when diagnostics are enabled. Where consent is required, the app relies on the choice collected through UMP or the diagnostics switch.

Service providers and international processing

Google provides Firebase Authentication, Realtime Database, App Check / Play Integrity, Google Play Games, AdMob, UMP, Analytics, and Crashlytics. Google may process data outside your country under its own safeguards. See Google's Privacy Policy, Firebase Privacy and Security, and Google Play Games privacy information.

The developer does not sell personal information and does not operate a separate advertising or analytics backend outside these Google services.

Retention and deletion

For help deleting an online record, email the developer with the room code and approximate match time. Anonymous authentication can make a record impossible to identify without this information.

Children and families

Sešitovky is a family-friendly board game with no chat, social feed, user uploads, gambling, or real-money features. Ads are configured conservatively for children and G-rated content. Parents or guardians may contact the developer with privacy or deletion questions.

Security

The app uses HTTPS, Firebase Authentication, Realtime Database Security Rules, Firebase App Check with Play Integrity, short-lived room discovery entries, and expiring online rooms. No online service is completely secure, so never attempt to put sensitive personal information in game fields.

Changes

This policy may be updated when the app, its service providers, or legal requirements change. The updated date and current version will be published here.
